Extremely bad experience with Neeru's Forum South Bangalore.They altered the blouse on a lehenga I bought for 6.5k, ruining the entire dress. Priti, the tailor who works in the shop, isn't even familiar with stitching.It appears that they gave the blouse elsewhere for altering and charged Rs.300.She is incredibly irresponsible, uncommitted towards her work, and unable to own up to her mistakes. Neeru's shouldn't take the responsibility for altering the dress if they are unable to hire an experienced tailor. The customer service is horrendous, gave wrong size for the sake of sale even after asking couple many times he gave xxxl when i asked for xxl and when I went asked for the actual size tthe next day they're saying we don't have it ,you have to pick other designs which ever is left. They are so pushing customer too much to buy another product for the sake of discount aswell even after refusing plenty of times. Horrible experience I'll never recommend this Neeru's to any. Not worth the money and the time spent for picking...
