Sri Sai 99 Variety Dosa — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Went to try Dosa while returning from work . Good to see 99 different of dosas .The proximity of the outlet is good . There were 3 workers running the store . One Chef seems to making Dosa continuously without any break . 3 dosa are simultaneously cooked . Good to see the making of dosa . I would not recommended to go everyday to try different dosa or honestly ask chef to reduce the hydrogenated vegetable oil used to make dosa .Well I order below items and her are my ratings :- 1.Paneer Cheese Masala Dosa :- 3.5/5 The fillings were enough and taste good. Rating it 3.5 as more hydrogenated oils were used and outer dosa is okay . So I ordered one more plain dosa to cope up extra fillings . Plain Dosa :- 3/5 Good textures and too hot as oil seem to trap more heat for longer duration that got one of my finger burnt . Taste is ok 👍 .
