Sri Udupi upahar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Literally there were no customers when I visited. Quickly I checked the Google reviews after ordering food & found, it's showing poor rating. I was suspecting the same with my order too. And eventually it turned out to be true. Because of Dosa it was fresh but chutney & Potato subzi was staled, tasting & smelling badly. There was no use to argue with the owner after reading those reviews.

Yes this hotel servers in the name of Udupi, but nothing is near to it interms of quality & taste. All food is prepared by North - Indian cook & owner is in his own mood.

The hand wash area is not clean. online payment available so called chinese menu is also available.

If we move towards KR puram on the same road there is a Davangere Benne Dose hotel, they are serving tasty & yummy dosa. This is a clear example of how people are unable to catch the business & how one can run the shop...

I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience at this hotel. The establishment itself is subpar, serving low-quality food at affordable prices. However, the owner's attitude is shockingly arrogant.

According to the owner, customers are not entitled to fresh food during nighttime hours. Moreover, the hotel has a strict policy of serving whatever food they deem fit, without considering customer preferences.

In my opinion, the Food and Quality Control Department should conduct a thorough quality assessment and reconsider granting permission to operate. I strongly advise the public to avoid visiting this hotel to protect their health.

Ultimately, the owner needs to learn basic decency skills and demonstrate care and affection...

The food here was absolutely fantastic! Every dish I tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offered a great variety of options to suit different tastes, and the quality of ingredients was clearly top-notch.
