By the looks of it, it was very inviting from outside. The layout of the store was decent and the people were nice. But the ambience was less than average. I requested the staff to turn on the AC because it was warm inside. But according to them the AC is controlled by some genius sitting in Mumbai and the blowers turn on only when the temp goes below 23⁰. And that they can't do anything to turn on the AC. The partner said that all stand-alone stores have the AC controlled from the Mumbai offices. (The staff don't know it, but I saw the AC remote control at the handoff point and the temp was set at 24⁰. The time to place the order also took time - because a member of the staff was still deciding on the merchandise to be billed.

I was planning to spend a lot of time here with my friend and carry on some food with us but with this kind of behaviour I decided to take my business away. This was a less than average experience for me and I am sure I am not returning...
