Swiss Cream — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I am their regular customer , the ice creams are just okay. I ordered two death by chocolate from their website for the very first time and the sauce and ice cream was completely spilt all over, i do not think it was the mistake of the delivery guy looked like the boxes are not spill proof and were open. The best part is when i called them to inform about it instead of being apologetic Mr Deepesh was extremely rude , i am not sure if Deepesh is the owner or the staff in swiss cream but people like you should not be in the service industry who do not care for your clients. on the call he says “ thats okay such things do happen “ and that we need to complaint about it in their website, the way he spoke it looked like they are giving their customers ice creams for free and doing some social service .when i checked for the same there is no option to write or post the complaints i had to call him back to inform the same and then he provides the email id. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE . THEIR ICE CREAMS ARE JUST OKAY AND Mr DEEPESH WAS EXTREMELY...

Today we ordered 2 death by chocolate from Swiss cream (Order ID - 15018625). When the ice cream arrived it was totally spilled out and when we called the shop, sales guy Deepesh attended the call. This guy does not have basic manners on how to talk with customer, we were asking him why this was happened, his response was like '' This happens and it is very common and when we asked what to do with the ice cream, his response was like do whatever you feel like doing ''. We have purchased this ice-cream, it was not given to us by free.

Today I got to know the trick behind online order...placing order once or twice in a month..at the time of beginning quality and quantity was good..but once they get to know we are ordering from "swiggy" with adding offers, totally there process get change...for the time today I got KOT(Not bill) which they get while preparing dish. In that KOT it clearly mentioned about how much offer etc etc so based on that restaurant change there quality and quantity which is not fare.

And Swiggy work with one of the worst backend service team, they list bother about review or feedback.
