I had the pleasure of dining at Taj Palace 2 Spicy, and I must say, the experience was truly remarkable.

Ambiance: The restaurant's ambiance is fantastic, featuring tasteful decor that creates an inviting and clean atmosphere.

Food: -Opted for the 299 unlimited combo, and it was an excellent choice. -The combo included a variety of dishes: chilli chicken, tandoori chicken, pepper chicken, hyderabadi biryani, donne biryani, white rice, rasam, a drink, and a sweet dish. -Every dish was bursting with perfect flavors; no complaints whatsoever. -All the chicken dishes were of exceptional quality, juicy and flavorful. -Advice to avoid wastage by taking limited portions and refilling as needed.

Service: -The service at Taj Palace 2 Spicy was top-notch. -The staff members were friendly, hospitable, and always attentive. -They proactively served and even sought feedback on their service. -The option to book tables for larger groups demonstrated their dedication to customer needs.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype! Priced 450+GST per head.

I’ve visited this place more than three times, and while my first two experiences were great, this time was a complete letdown. We visited as a group of six, but the food quality had significantly dropped, and the service was extremely poor.

Previously, the staff used to serve continuously until we signaled them to stop. However, this time, we had to wait endlessly for them to return, and when they did, they served only two small pieces at a time, as if they didn’t want us to ask for more. It felt very disappointing and not worth the visit.

It seems like they’ve adopted a new strategy, which wasn’t the case during my earlier visits. The quality and taste have declined, and the experience no longer matches what is shown in reels and videos online.

Hi guys.. this is one of the worst hotel I ever seen .. 299 unlimited that food not even worth of 100rs. I just got cheated because of Instagram.. ambient is worst.. u will not feel like eating... Full of sweat ... In lunch I don't find anybody eating in that shop apart from worker..... I was little worried in the beginning itself. . Nobody was eating there.. just because of Instagram reels.. food vlog. We visited that hotel... Really frustrated I have lost 653 rs. Moreover 500ml water bottle they charged 25 rs this is too much.. even in big hotels like empire,savoury they are not charging extra charges.. . Please guys.. never ever try this hotel. For sure you will regret..service is pathetic.. we have to ask them everything to bring.. for every item they take late . Moreover in that 1.30pm there was nobody in that shop. Still he takes long time to get the extra food...
