The food here is really good !! A big thumbs up to the food !! I had ordered for the ac hall and a buffet for 12 people . The food was good in the buffet as usual . They didn’t serve many items as they had promised though !! They charged me 650/- per head . I wasn’t impressed with the pricing and thought it was really expensive as I could get a better buffet for the same price . There wasn’t anyone to serve the food and we had to self serve . The food was served late and wasn’t served properly on time . Many items were changed on spot . The welcome drink was beautiful . It was strawberry and banana milkshake and was really good and refreshing. They told us it was an unlimited buffet and we didn’t get many items in large quantity and they kept getting very little in stall plates every time . It didn’t seem like a buffet to me !! When asked to get the same items they delayed it a lot !! Had to repeatedly tell me three four times before getting an item which I was furious about . They charged the same money but the service was terrible !! Really bad...

I would caution against ordering food from this particular establishment, as they seem to have a consistent pattern of substituting or misrepresenting the dishes they offer. For instance, when we ordered chicken biryani, they served us a mixture of chicken and mutton biryani instead. Similarly, when we specifically requested veg biryani, they provided us with a blend of vegetables and chicken biryani. Even when we asked for butter roti, we received dry roti instead. What's more, the owner has been unresponsive to our concerns, which is particularly disheartening considering the diverse range of customers who may visit and their varied preferences. It's worth noting that the food served is not hot, as they only reheat leftovers before serving them. All in all, this establishment's service is extremely disappointing and falls short of...

Visited the restaurant recently... Usually it is crowded after 7pm during weekends. Once it gets crowded, service becomes weak and should always look for a steward to other something. Restaurants usually should be prepared for that huge rush during weekends... Even for tissues and cutleries, we will have to remind them! Chats department is another level! For namesake it's chats section but only fruits or fruit juices are available! For better service and attention, we will have to tip them as soon as they attend you for the first time... At least for the first one hour, he'll attend you without you calling him ;) Overall, I loved the place and location but service and food items aren't good enough. In addition, the gent's rest room on the top floor restaurant is moved to one floor below now! That's a big disadvantage for...
