Thalassery Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Specifically to Harlur branch : They are not checking the quality and taste of the food they deliver atleast once in a week. management trust those chef , I bought Kerala parotta , It was good in the past, but last 3 time it was worst. No layer in parotta, its just they make like chappathi and flow the oil and give it. Taken parcel to home and checked , the parotta is like rubber , issue is they did not make proper mixing ( dough ) is lacking here, the taste mainly comes from that, I did ignore 1-2 times as Thalassery restaurant is my favorite. I am forced to write this bad review by watching the way they prepare ( we can see it) worst. If the management periodically not checking the quality of every item their chef ..this what happens. board they mention authentic kerala parotta, but it tasted worst than road side tamil type ( the thick parotta...

About restaurant. The restaurant is rates are littile high and they are not keeping the food quality also . one of thing is they are giving one thalassery biriyani actually that's not thalassery biriyani only mallus can understand.. If you guys wann try thalessery biryani go thalasee👍🏿and ate then you can feel the real one. So don't select for thalassery biryani of you are looking for just ate biriyani the biriyani is fine... The services and the charges are high they are not providing a good service the wash area and toilet bad..

About Tea shop. That one really awesome it's you can get the the tea coffee vareity of shakes, mojitos,cold coffee, all you can get it affordable price.. And snaks are very good in a good price range only 10rs for snacks with good portion and you can enjoy evenings there...

I sat at the 4 person table with a stranger having meals opposite of me. As soon as I sat down he left after having meal. His leaf(plate) was still lying over there. I order meals n I didn't get all the curry as planned next to me got. Its not the 1st time this happened last time when I came to have meal same thing happened I didt get all the dishes. When I was still enjoying my meal with whatever I got, clean up guy came to me to take away my leaf(plate) while all this time the strangers leftover was lying in front of me. He placed his waste carrying bin on top of my feet. I looked around n I realised he was in hurry yo take my leaf while around 6 to 7 non occupied seat had leaf leftovers to be cleaned . I am disappointed I think they r just utilising their monopoly as there are no good...
