The worst experience ever with this restaurant order, they do not send the entire order properly and when we raise a complaint they will suggest to pay the amount for missing order now and as a complimentary they will send the missing item with next order, after what has happened who will trust enough to order again? I mean where these people are trained in customer satisfaction that too in a hospitality industry The worst unprofessional goons are running this restaurant and tied up with online food delivery There should be an red star in rating to warn others not order from these kind...

Belgian waffle Co Vijaynagar Branch , It’s a heaven for waffle lovers. They provide the best waffles in Bangalore. I am never disappointed by their service and the taste. I regularly order with them through swiggy & Zomato Today I ordered through Zomato by mistake ordered a different one which I regularly order then I called them to change with my order which is not possible from app but the owner was so sweet that he made changes and made sure we get what we wanted THANKU SO MUCH ☺️👍🏻

We would love to visit this place for more waffles and wraps...

The abelgian waffles is a place which I visit almost everyday. But today when I ordered for the same thing I have always I was charged extra for asking for extra white chocolate in a triple chocolate which was never done before. I think all the team members should be told the same thing because when I questioned about the same I was told that the bill has already been generated so nothing can be done. So you should make sure it always remains same at least for customers who come to you quite often. This time it wasn't a good...
