Biggies Burger : Gunjur — Restaurant in Bengaluru

My husband and I have tried different outlets of Biggies burgers and here's what I think about the food we tried at the Gunjur branch: Salted fries: freshly made and tasty. Chicken nuggets: good but can be better Louisiana wings: crunchy, yet juicy and delicious. Volcano cheese burger: very good and definitely worth trying if you're a cheese lover. Bigg Krunch Burger: good, but might be better without the sauce. Lime n Mint Mojito: regular, like most other places. Softy: Excellent soft serve icecream. Definitely better than in some other fast food joints.

Overall it's a good branch with great service, and I definitely like it more than some of the more popular branches in Bangalore....

I had a very disappointing experience with Biggies Burger. I placed a burger order around 11 PM through Ola food apk, the app confirmed it, and I waited for almost an hour. The status kept showing “order is packing,” but then it suddenly changed to “shop is closed.” This is highly unprofessional and frustrating, especially after wasting so much time waiting. If the restaurant was closed, the app should not have accepted the order in the first place.
