if you want to waste your money go here. I ordered pizzas and bill was 570/- plus....... The delivery guy called me and said there is no apartment at the google map. I told him, your pizza hut website does not have any option for google map, then were did he get my address? I told him to share his whatsup number and I will send my google location. Also told him if he came late my pizza will get cold, He replied I DONT CARE, THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM..... pIZZa was delivered dead cold. I called the pizza and they said your delivery was within 30 minutes. The delivery guys was from zomato and not from dedicated pizza hut guys, Now what has happened was, these zomato guys dont have any special pizza delivery bags, they just hanged the pizzas in their bike handle, now the climate in bangalore is cold and with rain just finishing off, what to expect? Added to that, it was not pizza but, it was a bread....... The manager was like, I dont care. I have received your money, now you can throw that ice cold pizza in dustbin or anywhere. Worst wass their customer support who said we will get back to you in another 24 hours....... We visited the Pizza Hut outlet on Varthur main road yesterday evening by around 8.30 pm. It was raining heavily but walked through the rain and went in. We found that the counter is completely surrounded by Swiggy/ Zomato staff trying to collect their orders. It was impossible for me as a woman to get to the counter and place the order jostling through the crowd of delivery boys. After waiting for some time, my husband requested one of the staff for taking our order. He replied that they were not taking any orders since they had a lot of on line orders. There were three other customers also waiting to be served. We asked to speak to the floor manager but to no avail.We had to go out and dine elsewhere. I wonder why this outlet is kept open if they can not serve walk in customers. Also high time the staff there are given some training on polite behaviour to customers. We suggest to have a separate delivery counter as done in other standard...

Zero hygiene - rude staff. The lady who was preparing the pizza (with a bag on her back) neither had a mask, nor was she wearing gloves. With bare hands she was handling both paneer and pepperoni. It was disgusting to watch her mash the cheese with her bare hands. When questioned the counter staff was rude and didn't care when asked about supervisor for reporting. It is absolutely and gravely disappointing that a brand like Pizza Hut behaves so carelessly and that too in such sensitive (pandemic) times. Hygiene being completely ignored is not acceptable at all. Two thumbs down for such...
