Horrible experience – avoid this place. Visited this pub last week and it was a total disaster. The manager was unbelievably rude, arrogant, and had no sense of how to speak to customers. Instead of resolving issues, he escalated them with his bad attitude.

The bouncers acted like rowdies – aggressive and completely unprofessional. The whole environment felt hostile and uncomfortable.

Definitely not a place to relax or have a good time. Would never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better pubs around with respectful staff and decent management.

It’s extremely disappointing to see false accusations being made publicly to deflect from the real issue, which was the misbehavior of the bouncers and the poor handling by the manager.

Also, we were the ones who filed the official police complaint first, not your establishment. In fact, during the discussion at the police station, your management even agreed to refund the amount paid. What happened to that now? Please get your facts right before making misleading statements.
