I am writing this review after all my stuff is delivered and been using the furniture pieces for more than a month. They have an amazing collection. Johnson being the store manager is very supportive and helpful. He supported us throughout the process, understanding our perspective and catering to our needs. Their collection is huge and very elaborate. I needed to customise sofa, chairs and bed which i was afraid to give to other stores but as i saw things i was comfortable to rely on Dash square. Their collection gave me lot of confidence on their work. Being specific i took poster bed, sofa, centre table, dining table, consoles, chairs, side tables from Dash Square by placing the order in month of June 1st 2024 in store. Mani was the person who took care of my complete order. Before even placing the order he and his team came to the site where interior work was going on. They took all measurements verified the details which us gave us feedback and took every possible details. There were some hiccups due to weather conditions but July 15 my dining table, chairs, centre table were delivered. They are exact to what i ordered, absolutely best. The poster bed for which i gave reference pictures came up very nice. They have very good collection for fabric which are rare to procure. There were delay and little variation for sofa and console but they took care of my concerns and rectified it without any hesitation within few days. Mani came all the way from Hebbal to Sarjapur atleast 5 times. He came with his team delivered my sofa at 11pm at night. It shows how responsible and dedicated they are. Only one suggestion from my side would be to be more precise in timelines given Bangalore traffic and weather patterns. If you are looking for some beautiful, excellent quality and unique luxury furniture then this is the store for you. We have been at this store now several times and each times it’s a great experience. We are extremely happy and love the furniture we bought here. It’s also a great shopping experience at this store because of Mr. Joseph, who is an excellent sales person and who helped us throughout our selection and buying process. He was very courteous, helpful with very good suggestions and patient with all our requests. He made sure we got the best support and service. If you are at this store simply ask for Joseph and you will have an excellent buying experience. All the rest of the staff at this store are also very helpful, friendly, polite and make you feel very comfortable at their store. The three stores there next to each other all belong together and gives you a very wide range and variety of some beautiful luxury furniture choices.
