I recently had the pleasure of dining at Apsara Restaurant, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary experience from start to finish. The food quality and taste surpassed my expectations, making it a memorable evening.

We started our meal with the Tom Yum Soup, and it was a burst of flavors. The balance of spicy, sour, and savory was perfect, showcasing the chef's expertise in Thai cuisine. The appetizers, including the Crispy Spring Rolls and Satay Skewers, were a delightful introduction to the meal.

For the main course, we tried the Green Curry with Chicken and the Beef Lok Lak. The Green Curry was rich and aromatic, with tender pieces of chicken and a medley of vegetables. The Beef Lok Lak, a Cambodian specialty, was a revelation—tender beef bites in a savory sauce, served with a side of fragrant jasmine rice.

This place is a scam. There is No label on the shop of what it is. When I asked the worker, they pretended it is MPT Restaurant. The place looks shabby. I ordered Grilled Cheese Snadwich and Vegetable Choupsie worth 70 and 120 resp. The Grilled cheese sandwich wasn't even grilled and vegetable chouspie had under cooked noodles. And the scam of all there is nowhere mention of exclusive GST but they were charging 5% above the over rated price. My advise is don't eat here only few steps away there is a MPT Restaurant which these people pretend to be. And all the images of this...

This is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Bhopal the food is so fresh and tasty. They maintain very good hygiene and the staff is lovely.

What sets it apart from other restaurants is that they deeply care about maintaining their Indian cuisine items rather than becoming part of the race that is the modern food industry..
