I went for dinner last week. I had been noticing this place for quite some time and really liked the outer appearance.
The first thing that disappointed me was- it was hot these days, the ac dining room was booked. We were asked to sit in the outer dining space which just had one cooler from front corner. It was not enough to cool down the outside area. If the weather was pleasant it could have been manageable but we literally got heated up in the space. Secondly we ordered chicken Chow and chicken fried rice but provided egg chow. The staffs as I could feel were less compared to the customer in this restaurant that made it somehow chaotic. As the buffet section was going on upstairs the few staffs that were there rushing from one corner to the lower sitting area. By all these I was already pissed off to which adding fuel to the fire, the bill we were charged was quite higher than the expected prices of the dishes we ordered. When asked about it to the manager he said it was some fault from the system and manually asked us to pay the required amount. Though the food tasted good (we ordered Chinese) rest I was not happy with the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLocation is very good and the ambience is also very aesthetic. Seating capacity indoor is very less; approx 5 to 6 tables which theybre arrange as per the need. Outside seating also has 6 to 7 tables. So if you take indoor table, you will feel suffocated after sometime as it is very compact and gets filled with the smoke of starters. Buffet is kept outside which is not very elaborated. An average Indian family keeps more recipes in meals when they invite guests at home. In starters they serve chicken, fish and kebab (in non veg buffet menu); out of which only chicken is worth eating (that too is very bland). Shorba (tamatar for veg and mutton for non veg) is below average. In main course they served noodles and fried rice which was very shocking! Still the taste and quality was below average. Dal bukhara was too greasy and tasteless. Gulab jamun (mawa bati) was very tasty in dessert where they had pastries and kheer also which was again average. Hygiene level is average. Staff is courteous. Service is very slow. Overall 2 stars out of 5. Not a must go place, but if you do not get a table in Ranjit Lakeview or Jahan Numa then you can...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Ambience is good. But the services were very very bad. The staff was still a bit Cooperative, but No proper convey of information regarding the variety of dishes. Even after starting with my food they said the Starter are Limited. We will not serve it again. And No proper Availablity of dishes. Jo hoga available wo serve ho jaiga bus. Overall Very Bad Experience.
Unlimited Buffet is having Limitations in Starters. The Gravy items were already there from the Lunch time. And No one is Refilling them as well. Even after I asked them so many times. As getting a Refill might make it a bit fresh & Hot as well. The starters were having a smell, Specially in Paneer Piece, as if they were 1-2 days old & just put on the Flame to make the smell go off. Even the Salad was soo Stale, as if I'm eating on a road, from a Street vendor. No proper timing to bring the Things. Everything was cold and not even get filled til the end. As if they Knew, that No1 will gonna like it. So, No1 wil eat even this Amount of food.
The only Good thing in food...
