Review after second visit :

We recently visited Aanggan Horizon Luxe Lounge & Skybar after booking a table for 7 through EazyDiner. While the ambience and food quality were quite good overall — especially the Naram Dil Kabab in the veg starters, which is a must-try — there were a few concerns that made the experience less enjoyable than expected.

Firstly, there was no mention during the booking process that certain menu items like non-veg platters or specific liquor quantities (like 180 ml) would be restricted for those booking via EazyDiner or Swiggy. This lack of transparency is disappointing. If there are such limitations, they should be clearly listed in the terms and conditions while booking, instead of being disclosed at the time of ordering.

Additionally, we were surprised to see a soft drink bottle being billed at ₹60 above the printed MRP. While it’s understandable to charge for service or presentation when a drink is served in a glass or prepared as a mocktail, simply handing over an MRP-marked bottle doesn’t justify the markup — especially when the law clearly states otherwise.

The pricing of food and drinks is already on the higher side, and adding such restrictions and questionable charges for customers booking through aggregator platforms gives an impression that discounts are being offset by limiting choices or inflating other charges. This isn’t in the spirit of good hospitality.

To sum up: Great food and atmosphere, but marred by a lack of clarity in policies and pricing practices that feel unfair. If these areas are improved, it could truly be one of the better places to dine and unwind.

Review after first visit :

Had a wonderful dining experience at Angan Horizon near Patia Square! We ordered the Non-Veg Platter and Mutton Biryani, both of which were delicious and well-prepared. The food was flavorful, and the portion sizes were just right.

What truly stood out was the ambience—the rooftop seating is amazing, offering a great view and a perfect setting to enjoy a meal. The interior décor is top-notch, adding to the overall experience. Another plus point is the hassle-free parking space, which made our visit even more convenient.

A special mention to Manas, who assisted us with our order. His hospitality and service were exceptional, making us feel truly welcome. He is a real gem for the restaurant!

Highly recommend Angan Horizon for a great dining experience. Will definitely...

1/5 Stars - Unethical Business Practices and Poor Customer Service at XS Super Club by Angan Group

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by the experience I had at Club XS by Angan Group. The management and staff are involved in unethical business practices, which made my visit utterly unpleasant.

Firstly, the club is supplying weeds to customers, which is illegal and unacceptable. Moreover, the manager and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. After the party, they behaved in a manner that was completely unbecoming of a reputable establishment.

The club is clearly more interested in catering to a select group of "preferred" customers, who appear to be call girls. It's shocking to see how the management is openly paying for business and extracting money from innocent customers.

To make matters worse, the club is cheating customers on their bills. The management seems to think they can get away with such blatant dishonesty.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and dignity. Unfortunately, Club XS by Angan Group failed miserably in this regard. The manager's behavior was particularly appalling, as he seemed to think he was above the law and could treat customers like dirt.

I strongly advise others to avoid this club at all costs. The management's unethical practices and poor customer service make it a place to be avoided.
