Food was tasty and good. No complaints.

Service was below ordinary. I have never faced this issue in Chili’s in whichever branch I have been to. This was on July 9th, around 8:40 PM.

This can be treated as a feedback than a complaint. Our attending waitress yesterday needs more training to do the job correctly or she was too stressed with over work.

She was polite and courteous in her talks but I felt it was too dramatic and courtesy wasn’t practical. We ordered 3 Canned beers and she was unable to manage the beer cans . She struggled to open the beer can wherein she spilled it all over the floor. She didn’t even bother to get the place cleaned nor someone else did it. Also, while keeping the beer tub on the table, she dropped an ice cube on the floor which fell right next to our friend and she didn’t even bother apologizing nor she cared about it.

Then after sometime we asked for extra mayo and she didn’t even bother responding to us about the delay or the reason why she didn’t give us. We reminded her after 10 mins and she says kitchen is packed so no one is responding. So I said why don’t u get the sauce on your own and she nodded smilingly but again it never reached us even after 15 mins. Again we asked and the same answer repeated; sir, kitchen is packed and I am unable to get it.

Then finally when we asked seriously with some frustration, she brought after 5 mins and our starter was left with just 1 piece and it was cold too. It was so annoying.

Finally, a guy came and took our remaining order and no complaints after that.

Dear Manager of Chili’s: please educate your staff. People come to the hotel to have a satisfying meal and relax not stress about small things. If place is crowded, increase your staff or educate them to manage the crowd...
