Coffee Day — Restaurant in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation

This CCD looked so nice and spacious from the outside that we decided to step in. Ordered for tangerine white chocolate cold coffee, cappuccino, bun with paneer. Cold coffee had no flavour at all. Asked to change then they showed some resistance. Once changed they ddnt add cream. On inquiring why the manager said that they replace coffee not cream nd since cream had dissolved they ddnt. Sounds weird but they added. Then the cold coffee was not cold at all but the manager again argued that it was. Finally i asked him to cancel nd give refund for which he refused point blank. We ordered for Croissant,, which were average. Bun was decent.. cappuccino was not hot..attitude of the manager was not good.. they want us to take something else in place of coffee that too after insisting otherwise they insisted to take Frappe instead. I told him that the same coffee in Delhi ccd tastes so good nd he is telling me that you must have gone to a different place or coffee day. I m a regular with this coffee nd I know the taste.
