This is the first time I've been to this place. Heard a lot about this place so thought of giving it a try. On this Friday went there with my friend.
Ample parking space available for car and bike. Also a good waiting area with the bird eye view of kiit square.
After reaching we saw that the place is well organized by theme and safety during pandemic as well. It's occupied 50% as per the government guidelines. Then asked the manager if they need vaccine certificate for dine in , to which the manager said at least one person in the group needs to be Fully vaccinated. As both of us not vaccinated the manager asked to wait for a couple of minutes. Which I'll really appreciate that he's concerned about the safety of the people instead of grabbing the money.
After around 25mins when the crowd went low he allowed us to enter the place and got seated. And the menu was there encoded with a barcode on the table. Scan it and you'll see it.
The hype of biryani at the place is quite high so we thought of starting from there and if it go well we'll order more of the dishes to try. We ordered one full Mughlai Biryani with chicken masala.
The Food:
After around 20-minutes we got our food. And here the big disappointment started. Biryani rice was in mould state instead of distinctive. And the size of chicken the serving guy described didn't match the actual. These are small chicken chunks on the rice with zero flavour of biryani. And the raita felt like water mixed onion and green chillies. So I asked the serving boy to get me curd separately and the guy helped me with that.
Coming to Chicken Masala, never had a chicken masala with green peas. The interesting part is the masala was burnt slightly and the chef scratched the burn part to some extent. As we're hungry and late so without a small complaint we left the place without thinking twice of ordering anything else.
Call for action:
• The chef needs to understand biryani first and not to scratch any burnt Masala while cooking that spoils the food itself. • Raita needa a big make over , it's curd with veggies not with water.
Best Part:
Manager and staffs are really very nice and take good care of the people during the pandemic. Ambience is soooooo good I must say. Such a beautiful place.

Read moreThere was an item named "chicken fried wings" and "chilly wings" the waiter said one will be completely fried and the other will be a little saucy. But we received chicken lollipop, that wasn't lollipop as well it was some some chicken leg pieces which tasted exactly same as chicken pakoda. When asked about the wrong item being received, I.e. leg pieces instead of wings, we got a reply from the waitress that "its Andhra style so even if we say its wings we provide leg pieces". I cant understand when in Andhra people forgot to recognise which one is the leg and which is the wing of a chicken. If you're providing chicken leg pieces or pakoda or lollipop, do mention the same name for the same, don't write something and them deliver something completely different than what ordered. And then when I talk about a fresh lime soda that I ordered, it was one of the shittiest lime sodas I've ever had. I ordered sweet n salty fresh soda, but what i received was a normal glass or water in which 1 or 2 spoons of soda was added along with lemon in it. Then talking about the biryani that I ordered, the biryani was more like normal rice with 2 pieces of chicken and an egg, I don't feel in biryani you deliver normal rice. And the rice tasted stale. I feel being in this business you must be knowing the difference between wings and leg pieces and a normal sweet n salty lime soda and biryani n normal...
Read moreThe ratings and reviews of people amaze me as we chose this place for a special occasion and were hugely disappointed. Menu is limited, many of the items weren't available, guy taking order couldn't suggest options for a vegetarian. We ordered quite a lot of variety, not even one chicken item had soft chicken pieces that we could relish. Mutton biryani highly acclaimed by lot of people was really bad, mutton pieces were hard, no flavour in rice. Apollo fish was so chewy that we had to return it. Chicken pakoda was a disaster and he argued with us about the taste and quality of chicken. If the non veg dishes weren't stale they weren't fresh either, frozen .. heated and served kinds. They just got a Thums Up as beverage and nothing else. Chicken gravy was pathetic, naan and roti were hard as a papad, inedible rather. They taking the last order at 10 PM ridiculed me. I'm surprised how they running the place on a lane full of good places to eat, such a prime location, in a building with just restaurants below and over them Very lousy and unappealing body language of waiters and manager, with no crowd. We occupying the lone table at a corner and kept cribbing about the food. Probably the place has majorly detoriated over time in terms of food and service, it's location and ambience is it's...
