We went on a saturday afternoon for lunch. Good ambience. Sofas are available but when you sit on the sofa the table is too high to eat comfortably. Service was slow. We ordered vegetarian food. The dal makhani was standard. The waiter recommended Paneer punjabi which turned out to be tasteless. Kulcha was tasting good but then WE FOUND HAIRS INSIDE THE KUCLHA STUFFING. we informed the staff who did not know how to hamdle the situation. The waiter proceeded to blame my wife that since the hairs were long they must be hers. We asked to meet the manager on duty but we were told that the manager is not present on premises. We asked to speak to the manager or owner on phone but were told that they are not answering calls. Ultimately the staff didnt even offer us replacement for the masala kulcha and then tried to dupe us by saying that we were given 15 percent discount on the bill. We checked the discount and it was ten percent. All in all it was a poor experience due to ill behaved staff and unhygienic food and no supervision from manager or owner. The staff took us for granted that if we decide to not visit the place again it would make no difference to their business. The food was good, the ambiance was soothing... enjoyed with family and friends. Had visited for the first time and was impressed with the quick and efficient service. The worst resturant I have ever come across in bhubaneswar. Food was not good, fried rice was totally raw and had to chew a lot. A nonveg mixed fried doesn't have chicken or egg on it. Literally waited for 2.5hours to get the starter item and another 45mins for main course.
