It's hard and complicated to review this place, because it's one of those few rare places, where you strongly feel and wish for it to be a far better place, with better(more healthy and tasty) food, a more powerful air-conditioning, with more variety in the menu(no non-veg items are there, including eggs) BECAUSE...the prices are perfect, ambience is nice, cool, trendy and fashionable,Washroom and Wash Basins are clean and maintained, many good items are on the menu - BUT the great potential is unrealised. If this place works well, that's only because KIIT is near by, and this is the only affordable place with an AC.

So, what's going wrong then? Let me explain:-

Distasteful and Unhealthy items: Many popular items on their menu, are a bit distasteful(especially if you are coming from North India). As far as I remember, some of them are 'Hara Bhara Jugaad(mix veg), Maggi, Chole Bhature, Thali items. Plus they are unhealthy too, in the sense that I, feel quite heavy and bad, after eating some things here, such as Paranthas, Gulab Jamun, etc. I don't know what ingredients(especially oils, etc.) they use, but they should consider upgrading it. When you see them in the menu, you think: Wow, that's a very good item and a good rate; it's a AC restaurant with such high rating, that item must be good, let's order it; but when it arrives, it is much beneath your expectations - both taste and health wise.

Their Air-Conditioning proves largely insufficient, in peak hours/rush times.

The Veg Maggi tastes very bland. Too little masala. While the masala given in a Maggi pack is sufficient when you don't add any vegetables, but it isn't otherwise. They can use separate Maggi Masala packs which are available in the market.

The 'Dahi' they give, is almost always seem to be at room temperature ie not very cold. They should check the working/location of...

I am really starting to question the taste of bbsr people after eating from this place. We ordered the food via zum by seeing reviews over gugal, and i am highly disappointed with their food quality and quantity. They even did not follow our delivery instructions . The price and the quality is not at all a match. I am sharing the bill, you can clearly see the instructions, and you can also see the food next, how they served and what they served. Food is not about looks, it should be healthy as well. My first experience from this place went horrible so this is my last experience as well, first impression lasts longer. Poor quality, bad taste and not at all healthy. The taste of overdose sauce and oil just killed my appetite. I really wanted to claim my money back after eating this crap, so i took out my anger over here by writing this review, so that i can aware others about this substandard food junction.
