Disappointing Experience at Truptee Restaurant, Bhubaneswar

I recently had a terrible experience at Truptee Restaurant in Bhubaneswar. I ordered a masala dosa, a rava dosa, and a bottle of mineral water. Here's what went wrong:

Watery Masala Dosa: The biggest disappointment was the masala dosa. The masala filling, which is supposed to be the star of the dish, was watery and bland. It seemed like they had simply mixed the masala with water, resulting in a tasteless mess.

Unhygienic Discovery: To make matters worse, I found a hair in my masala dosa! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards.

Insufficient Compensation: I complained to the staff about the issues I faced. While they did deduct the price of the masala dosa from my bill, I believe a simple price reduction doesn't justify the inconvenience and unpleasant experience.

Overall, my visit to Truptee Restaurant was a major letdown. The poor food quality and lack of hygiene raise serious concerns. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant until they can improve their food quality and...

Went to Truptee in search of pure veg food without onion garlic. Ordered plain and butter Naan, white heavy paneer and mushroom along with marsala papad . The restaurant was completely full during lunch time ..The order was delivered quickly . The food was good , the ambiance is OK but with the full house restaurant you do not get a chance to look at the same . Before I was done people were standing near our chair to occupy the seat . This can be managed in better way by the restaurant . Parking is just enough to park your four wheeler . Somehow both the Truptee restaurant the service need to be improved . When I say service this is not about when they deliver food but the overall experience during your short stay in the restaurant should give you a wow factor with great service blue printing . But this is just a constructive feedback . The food here come with umatched quality . Just reserving one star for better service blue printing ...

✨ Crispy Corn was really good — a must-try starter! 🍛 Veg Kofta paired well with roti and was quite tasty. 🔥 Dahi Tandoori is a unique dish here — sometimes it’s made well, so definitely give it a try if available. ❌ Punjabi Paneer had too much cardamom, which affected the overall taste. 🍚 Veg Fried Rice was flavorful, but the portion size was a bit small.
