The food is wonderful. But the Service Time is completely unreliable. One day, I got my order in less than 14 minutes. And yet again, once, I got my order after 1½ hours. It's like gambling with your time. This place always faces somewhat the same kind of crowd. So the service time shouldn't be varying that much. I tried seeing if certain foods are served faster than others, but even that's not the problem. The people here are simply unprofessional with a very strange sense of time.
So I would suggest, only go if you can risk wasting time. Apart from that, the food is definitely delicious. That credit, they deserve :) If you like something cheesy and meaty. I suggest their Russian Wrap with egg sizzles and cheese. You...

Wrapsto is a good fast food center in Bhubaneswar but it's not all good. It's a franchise so it can be found all over the city. The good part about them is the unique taste they have in each variety of roll and they do have a "variety" of rolls and each roll is customisable. If you ever visit this shop do try the Hyderabadi chicken wrap and the jumbo chicken wrap.
However I am dissatisfied with the level of cleanliness and hygiene this restaurant maintains. Once it actually gave me a roll/wrap that had stale chicken. And they didn't even acknowledge it nor did they return my money. I would have given it 1 star but the food is actually good and unique.

( Ordered their signature wrap through Zomato twice and clearly mentioned rumali roti outer every-time , the one which used to be THE SIGNATURE dish by the restaurant, but something else was delivered everytime. Thick roll like outer without egg and the overall feel was also not that great. Wrapsto used to be one of my favourites, but these days either they have changed their Menu or Quality or may be their Chef.
Not satisfied. Never ordering this again. )
