This sweet-shop is very close to my residence and is the heart of chai-adda in Chingrihata. In the evening, people come here for chai-sutta and gossip. You will find people from all walks of life chilling here with friends. From college-goers to septuagenerians, from blue-collar workers to white-collars, you will find them here either during breakfast or during evening snacks, this place is always full of people. The sweets and the breakfast menu are average, I find the samosas lipsmacking. And the chai, too good. A sweet shop! At the side of chingrihata crossing. Very old, famous, prestigious. You get various kinds of delicious colourful sweets with low prices. Which don't effect your wallet. The Samosas with the sweet chaatni & the Tea are the very famous ones. Which use to gather lot of foodies there. It's also the place for many people for doing adda with friends, colleagues. It's a good shop for sweets , you can have sweets, samosa (in the eve) , kachauri & paratha ( in the morning). The quality is above average. The shopkeeper is friendly. Bread is also available there , with a tea shop . The milk tea sold there is good. Soft drinks are also available there . You can go there for a quick bite or take away.
