I have visited this place multiple times with my family over the years and it pains me to say that the service has gone down the drain. Let's start with the service managers or attendants who are supposed to get you a table and take your order - there are two guys to do their job and one person is outright arrogant. It is surprising how such people are in customer facing jobs but maybe that is not a parameter for the management here. Another thing which could be the reason for their arrogance with people is that they only care for their frequent customers or someone with a political clout or someone who is a ranking official in Govt (any department does for them). I have observed this multiple times in recent past where they demonstrate such behaviour. As a commoner, you can't get reservation - they simply will tell you that reservation is not possible BUT you would notice that there are many times when tables are actually reserved (when you turn up there). And more often than not, those would be for people who have some sort of clout! Commendable policy for a restaurant. I think they don't care at all for people who the attendants might not know.

The waiters need to receive the due credit and I must say that they are courteous and receptive. But, the first interaction spoils the mood for you. The attendants will try their best to annoy you.

Quality of food is good - no complaints there.

The only thing and the most important thing is the experience and interaction with staff - and that in my own experience has been terrible of late.

My review is solely for the service experience and it is not based on one visit but multiple visits over last couple of months, each in hope that maybe last time was a one-off incident, but alas.
