Hotel Kautilya Vihar — Hotel in Bihar

This hotel is under Bihar Tourism deptt. Though I have visited so many times for attaindig the functions and other works. I got it in bad conditios. never sati sfied...The man sitting on the reception ,always told that Re modlling is going in. ,so the condition is worst.Last night I. visitedthe place ,,I got the condition of the toilet so worst that Icould not use it. The receptionist again told that.. constructional works are going on... In. Short it is. totally hunted by curupted govt. officials of higher posts. though the man sitting on the reception belpex me very much..did his duty. well., as well. as. behaviour,was also good,but he failed to give the better facility because ,it was beyond...

Its a typical government building with all basic infrastructure.Staff is very welcoming and helpful.However the quality of infrastructure is not up to the mark.There is a lot of work which needs to be in bathroom.The room lock is automatic but faulty.The walls are quite damp and paint is coming out.Proper mopping of floor is not done.You can see dirt all around.You may prefer to stay if you are on tight budget and...

Doesn't worth even a single star. Not even a single room has a working washroom. Continuous leakage of water from the air conditioner. Very dim and low light in room. Staffs are unprofessional. When complained about the service, they ignored it as if it was not a issue for them. You can easily get a very good hotel at the same price of around Rs.4500 beside this hotel. Don't waste...
