It is the best place near income tax chauraha to have some awesome tea. You can have some snacks too from momos to paties to fried rice both veg and non veg but tea is best here. This place has a variety of masala chaye which I liked here like elaichi chaye, adrak chaye, dalchini chaye, tandoori chaye etc. Yes just have tea here. Its awesome.
