I had a disappointing experience recently at CCD. A couple of days ago, my fiancé and I visited the outlet and had a wonderful time, which led us to return yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff at the counter insisted that we download the CCD app to place an order. Upon doing so, I discovered the app served no practical purpose, as food orders were still taken at the counter.

When I asked for clarification, I was informed that they would not accept orders without the app, which felt unnecessary and inconvenient. My intention was simply to enjoy quality time with my family, but this mandatory app requirement disrupted the experience and wasted a significant amount of time. Frustrated, I decided to leave the venue after complying with the condition, only to delete the app shortly afterward.
