pathetic service, untrained staff, and no hygiene. it is at a prime location but if you ask for any service either for room cleaning or for tea they won't pay head to it. there is no intercom to connect at the reception and the no that has been given to connect nobody will respond to it. due to some medical urgency, my parents had to stay there but after asking many times they even didn't provide water. in the dustbin used condoms were there when asked to change the dustbin they replied this is not my job tomorrow when the housekeeping comes she will only clean it. today at 8 when my mother placed the call at the so-called reception area for tea they didn't give a response and after 8 to 10 calls when they responded the reply was itni subah chai koun pita hai abhi nahi ho payega. a hotel at this prime location is not doing well because of its...

Cheats and liars. Good reviews of the hotel seem fake and purchased.I booked online through agoda (hotel Paradise palace or Paradise Inn, both same hotel), but they denied my booking upon arrival. And later gave me the same room at approx twice the price offline (Rs 1100) after a long furious argument with the hotel owner Abhishek. The rooms are also not worth the amount you pay. When electricity goes at midnight or during any time, it takes more than half an hour to start the supply, meanwhile mosquitoes trouble. For lighting, there is only a single bulb in room. My personal opinion is to never go to such cheat and below standard hotels. One can get countless hotels with way better facilities in patna at a lesser price...
