The food was of worst quality Everywhere there were leftover food spilled up, The staff was unwell and looked that they had alcohol or something Overall,rating 0 , please don't prefer this outlet at all

.1.The floor was dirty , the food and leftovers were spilled all over the place even the advertisement brochure was torn and thrown on floor of something chicken sort off.

2.Talking about the sitting area,the tables were all dirty because of the leftovers, basically the boney part of the chicken was spilled over the table making it very uncomfortable for vegitarian people to sit.

We tried to order a farmhouse pizza with coke but very rudely the person on the counter denied and said it was served only for the people booking online.

The AC was not cooling at all and moreover on top of it ,it passed out water droplets on our food .

The pizza crust was hard and did not match the standards of normal pizza offered at Domino's outlets

The staff was rude with all the customers there,even when we tried to complain they did not lend...

We decided to visit Domino’s in Bhagalpur based on its online ratings, hoping for a pleasant dine-in experience. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t live up to expectations.

Starting with the ambience, it was disappointing. The chairs were noticeably unclean, and the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made it quite uncomfortable to sit for long. To add to the discomfort, there were frequent power cuts, which further disrupted the experience.

Despite the issues with the setting, the food itself was quite good. We ordered two large pizzas and stuffed garlic bread, and the quality and taste met the usual Domino’s standards. However, we were surprised by their limited drink options; they didn’t have Coke or Pepsi bottles in stock, and instead, they insisted on serving drinks in cups, which were priced higher than the bottles.

Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the poor ambience and limited drink options made it a less than...

The ordering experience could be better. I was just standing there trying to place an order and they were just "busy" doing something else for a while just because I wasn't loud enough perhaps? Also, if there are two people on the billing, aren't they supposed to work in parallel? I saw just one of them processing orders (direct & via phone) and the other one was just tapping away on the screen while I was standing right there saying what I wanted, totally ignoring me. 🤷

The menu is awkwardly placed behind the billing counter. Like...why? It's difficult to see from back there and Imagine a waiter standing in front to take an order all the while as you're deciding on what crust you want. O_O
