Emperor Fast Food — Restaurant in Bihar

When we go to a restaurant or a cafe it's more about the services they give...and one of the most important aspect is employees or the staffs behaviour towards us....

There are hundreds of resturants and cafe's near this restaurant I've gone to some of them and have experienced the services they provide...as a result I've found that the person who sits at the billing counter i.e the owner somewhere near 50s has the worst behaviour in this service sector ....

When I questioned on his shouting towards customers he replied "mera awaz aysa hi hai, aur yeha pe sabhi employees ka bhi awaz aysa hi hai"...

I was really pissed off through his behaviour I couldn't believe an ower of the restaurant could be soo arrogant that too when there are 100s of restaurants around him...

You guys must visit here if you don't know that there are people like him in these...

Food is amazing. But would like to throw some light on staff behavior. Not upto mark or moreover can say just ignorant. I asked the waiter to recommend something or simply to help me with the menu and he completely denied saying i don't know anything. I then approached the cash counter and the guy over there also did the same. Just hopeless.. How could someone be so awful to customers telling u don't know anything about your own restaurant or maybe even the one you're working in. The only guy i found a bit sensible and responsible was out there on the takeaway counter and judging him by the way he tackled the situation must be the owner. Haven't been to any place whatsoever where such pathetic behavior is shown to customers. That's a big reason i always prefer takeout or delivery form this particular outlet just because their food...

Hands down the most value for money eatery out there in the whole area, you can compare the taste of the food here to the ones like somen 19 and far better than the new place on the block Naushijaan. All the items from kebabs to noodles are delicious and worth every penny. The only thing that is negative and is letting down the place are the staff, they have no idea of their own menu simply making it pointless asking them for the recommendation, the waiter serving our table looked high as a kite and was very slow. They never vame to ask if we needed anything as everytime we had to call for them when in need of something.
