La Fumee — Restaurant in Bihar

Worst restaurant ever! Came here with my family (6 people) for lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday and honestly, this place is a complete joke. The receptionist has no clue how to deal with guests and half the time she wasn’t even on the counter. Only one poor waiter was running around trying to handle everything. He was decent but totally helpless — because obviously one person can’t manage an entire restaurant. We got served gravy in the plate but had to wait 25 minutes just for rotis! Absolutely pathetic service.

And don’t even get me started on the ambience. The AC was on but still everyone was sweating, suffocation everywhere, no comfort at all. The vibe is the worst I’ve ever seen — zero atmosphere, zero hospitality. This was supposed to be a special birthday lunch but they completely ruined it. Biggest waste of time and money. Never coming back, and would strongly suggest others...

worst experience ever had...we had ordered chicken biriyani, garlic naan and some paneer dish.The server only served biriyani and the rest of it told me to serve yourself. they don't give any egg in the non-veg biriyani. after complaining this they said the give 3 chicken pieces instead of that egg so we told them to they give us 2 pieces not 3. then they again denied from their argument and said egg is no available so we don't serve. idiots then you have to cut some amount for that. and after eating they don't give you bowl to wash your hand. we said them to pack our left out food so they had charged me for that also. such a pathetic behaviour of those staff and the experience is such...

Very disappointing birthday dinner ruined by poor management I had a reservation for 7:30 PM, but we were made to wait until 8 PM to get our table despite confirming the booking in advance. On top of that, the staff didn’t communicate properly or apologize for the delay. For a place that markets itself as premium, this level of mismanagement is simply unacceptable. It was my birthday, and instead of a special experience, I left frustrated and let down. Definitely not returning or recommending La Fumee for any...
