Horrible experience! Guys don't go with the reviews for this restaurant which I think are not actually true. I am sharing my personal experience for your reference.I went to this restaurant on 30 nov i.e on my wedding anniversary with my wife to spend some time and to share some delicious food which we were expecting after seeing the reviews for the resturant. I ordered honey chilly potato and requested to not to cook spicy bcoz we had to fed to our 2 year baby also but the dish served was spicy for us when I requested the waiter to check he just returned the dish and served it again within 2 minutes. It was again the same as It could not be cooked in 2 minutes .The waiter was giving the excuses that it was served hot that is why it tasted spicy.This was the limit. We just try to forget it and ordered the main course in which we ordered Kashmiri dum aloo as it was sweet and salt as suggested by the waiter. The taste of Kashmiri dum aloo was totally rubbish. I never ate such a bad Kashmiri dum aloo. Any how we just finished our bread with green chutney.we didn't eat it even a spoon. Finally I asked the waiter for the bill and to call the manager about my feedback. The manager heard all this from his waiter but he was least bothered about his customers. When I became adamant to meet the manager then he came. Overall the food , the attitude of staff and service all were pathetic.I don't know how this restaurant is rated so high . I just wanna rate it 1.5 out of 5....

Food taste was really good. The ambience inside was aesthetic too. I am giving one star for their pathetic service and no regard for customers' satisfaction. We made a pre-booking for 10 people and was seated comfortably. The number of staffs that are serving, cleaning, taking orders are insufficient. So it was a real headache for us to even get some more water. As the staff was neglecting us. Only 1 jug of water was provided for 2 tables. Despite asking them for another jug, we were given none. And 1 jug was insufficient for 10 people. The refill was taking at least 3 calls to the staff(they did insufficient hiring). Towards the end of the meal, our unfinished plates were taken away forcefully by putting tissue in one of the plates. No permission was taken. The condiments and pickles were taken away too. Reason being that there was a long wait outside. And we were eating for only 20 minutes. Could have spent another 30 mins there by ordering desserts and eating more comfortably and in relaxed manner. Even after giving them a business for thousands. We were treated as unwanted and unwelcomed.
