This might have been the worst experience I ever had in such an highly recommend resturant. My family has been regular customers for years now and this was the most disappointing experience. First, the two things we ordered wasn't given, they said "it ain't available", alright, we can keep up with it, then what we ordered was different from what we had recieved, again, alright, mistakes can happen, but my tolerance broke when I noticed that the food was perhaps not even cooked well, it looked like they had just put the veggies in the gravy without cooking them together. The mixed veg we ordered wasn't even half eaten, it was so tasteless and looked like it was just re-cooked. The order-taker was sensible enough to accept his mistake calmly and apologies but the employee on the counter and the manager, hoo boy, when we asked the man on the complaint receipt, they again handed us a slip on which, nowhere I found the contact number, nowhere I found the fasai lisence, NOTHING. I doubt that they had even kept the complain we had written. After that, the manager came, we manifested our grievance infront of him but out complaint met with an argument, they said "You aren't the only one to give up feedback, our other feedbacks say something else", I don't care about what others say, isn't it your responsibility to keep the complain and try to plug the loopholes except of arguing? After some minutes, he did decrease the bill but the money ain't the problem, what about the precious time we wasted? I came there to spend some quality time with my family as not often we are together, but our mood was completely distroyed, let alone quality time, we couldn't even talk about anything but complains about the food. When we reached home, we could feel us getting sick, yeah, surely because of the unhingenic food, even after a day, we are feeling pain in our stomach.
This was far from what we had expected from such a reputated restaurant. The most disappointing survice, after all if we can cook better in home, that too healthy, then why will we spend our...

Read moreToday, I go to this place with my girlfriend to spend some quality time with her. But the serviceman was too inappropriate when I called him to order one Pav Bhaaji and we placed the order. The waiter went with the order. Then suddenly my girlfriend was willing to order a sandwich when I called the waiter to order 1 Paneer Tikka Sandwich…he rudely said….nahi hai…. And gone from there….he must say this is not available sir or anything in replace of this item. But he was gone. When I called again the billing counter guy may be the manager….this is inappropriate…he didn’t take the action against him and told me Kyaa ordered rhega…. a little rudely but better than the waiter….he suggested me cheese grilled sandwich …. And then I ordered that. In a few seconds of ordering, I remembered that they would use onion in the sandwich that my girlfriend can’t eat because she takes homeopathic medicine. When I called the billing counter guy to cancel the order within a few seconds of ordering he told me the order can’t be canceled. In a few seconds, the order must not have been made. It will take some time. But he told me very rudely. If I had gone from there without having my pav bhaji and grilled sandwich, just because of the two. They won’t even regret losing a customer. But I managed to make my mood and have my lunch. My mood was ruined. The quality time that I wanted to spend was also ruined. Never going at any Harilal….It’s better to go either Krishna Shree or Pramod...
