The staff I encountered at Shree ksheer sagar restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered Sabudana Khichdi and was charged a hefty 225 rupees for a single bowl. To my dismay, the Khichdi was uncooked when I opened the parcel. Upon returning it, I was informed that it takes 2-3 hours to prepare Khichdi and therefore, it would remain uncooked. The staff refused to refund my money or replace the Khichdi, insisting that I choose something else from their menu. Reluctantly, I opted for ice cream. However, the manager then informed me that replacements are not allowed for items with a Maximum Retail Price (MRP). They insisted that I choose something cooked in their restaurant, even though I had already had dinner there.
My advice to the staff is simple: If you are unsure about how long it takes to cook a dish or lack the necessary skills, please do not accept orders for it. This will avoid unnecessary inconvenience and frustration for customers.
