Had the worst experience with this restaurant for food delivery. Firstly, I order after seeing a newspaper insert/pamphlet 📰 which said I'll receive 30% discount on my 1st order. Though, when I called, they denied the discount saying that it only applies to takeaways. However, that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the pamphlet. Then when they thought they were losing me, they said that they are willing to give me 10% discount if I order for delivery. I asked for the price of Paneer Biryani, and the price quoted to me was higher than what was mentioned on the pamphlet. However I ordered thinking I might get a discount. The price quoted to me was Rs. 307. After almost 45 minutes or so, I receive a call from the restaurant asking for directions. In the times where people are using Maps, I had to navigate this person to my home over phone. Now when he come with the food, the bill says the price is Rs. 342. This guy tries to act innocent as if he doesn't know anything about it, and says maybe the cashier forgot to put it. So very generously, he offers to give me 20% discount for my next order (as if after feeling so cheated, I'd order from this place again). Now coming to the food, HORRIBLE. A biryani place which doesn't know how to cook Biryani. All it had was the strongest taste of garam masala I've ever had, as if the restaurant ran out of all spices except that. And why do these places fail to give Raita in proportion to the Biryani? Isn't that the only thing I'm supposed to have Biryani with? All in all, just like numerous restaurants in Patna, the management of Skyline Biryani House is out there to cheat and trap customers using unethical business practices and giving poor...
Read moreSkyline Biryani House is a hidden gem in the world of biryani, offering a unique fusion of flavors that left me craving for more. This restaurant not only serves outstanding Hyderabadi and Kolkata biryani but also adds its own creative twist to these traditional dishes.
The Hyderabadi biryani here was a symphony of spices and textures, with each bite revealing a new layer of flavor. The Kolkata biryani, on the other hand, surprised me with its subtle sweetness and the delightful inclusion of potato, a unique touch that set it apart.
What truly makes Skyline Biryani House stand out is their dedication to innovation. They have a rotating menu of special biryani creations that are truly one-of-a-kind. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying their "Mango Tango Biryani," which combined the sweetness of ripe mangoes with the savory goodness of biryani. It was a culinary adventure that I won't soon forget.
Service at this restaurant was exceptional, with a staff that was not only friendly but also passionate about the food they served. They were more than happy to share the stories and inspirations behind each dish.

Read moreSkyline Biryani House has become a go-to spot for biryani lovers but diners should come with the sole intention of ordering biryani. While the biryani is flavorful and well-prepared, the same can’t be said for the other menu items. Ordering anything beyond biryani results in extended wait times, as the service here is notably slow. The staff, though courteous, often forgets orders further delaying the dining experience. It’s clear that the kitchen prioritizes biryani, which might be a good thing if that’s your primary craving but it becomes a problem if you’re looking for a full dining experience. Overall, the atmosphere is casual and if you’re patient and focused on biryani alone you may enjoy your visit. However for a well-rounded meal, the inconsistent service makes the experience...
