Zaika Fine Dinning Restaurant — Restaurant in Bihar

I remember when last Diwali i dined at Zaika with family and it was a wonderful experience. This Diwali as I was in town and no body wanted to cook for dinner , i thought of ordering a PICKUP ( Covid being the reason) from Zaika. I got the food on time , freshly cooked and hot. I had ordered Paneer Manchurian, Malai Kofta and Lashuni Naan. But opposite to my expectations this time Malai Kofta was hard and even on pressing it refused to break. I called the restaurant and told them about it. The person i spoke with ( Payal) took it seriously and responded by making the replacement delivered at my door. This time the Kofta was soft and yummy as it used to be from this place. Thank you for such a speedy service , really appreciate it. Paneer Manchurian and Naan were mouthwatering and just the way i like. Other resturants in the town should learn professionalism from Zaika. Best of Luck to the People who are working this...

I visited this restaurant of Hotel Vaibhav on the 1st floor for dinner. The service was poor and unwelcoming. We had ordered soft drinks and lime soda along with food order. The drinks never arrived and when I asked for bill the waiter is asking me if he can bring the drinks. Bill was wrongly adjusted/calculated and was misleading. Food taste was bad. There are many dishes mentioned in the menu but the chef inside will make the dish as per his wish and call it what you ordered.

I would leave zero stars if I could, I have never left a negative review in my life, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to eat.
