Amar hasel — Restaurant in Bolpur

The first and foremost is non of the rooms had toiletries. We were there on 28th December 2019 to 30th December 2019. None of the rooms and even the dining hall had glasses or a proper drinking water container. The property doesn't even have proper glasses. The quality of food was horrible and unhygienic... The premises is full of pets and pet residuals.. we were a member of 30 and all of us had vomiting issues due to the food served by them. After 11pm you are also locked inside your rooms as the staff will go out to their respective rooms. We did not get any housekeeping and no bed linen change .. and you also forget about shower/bathroom towels...Over all a horrible and worse...

Worst kind of hospitality We were a group of 30 people along with kids and families. We stayed at this place on 28th and 29th of dec 2019 The booking of 30 people was taken but no adequate facilities were there to accommodate such a big group. No proper beds, blankets, were provided. Toilets were very dirty. 1 toilet to cater 7-8 people. The worst part was the food... All cooked in very poor quality oil. The kitchen was too dirty. Our entie group felt sick. Fever, loosemoition, vomiting... Even the kids were not spared. It was the worst kind of experience I...

TERRIBLE! We went there with a large group. The owners are not just running this home stay business but also a dog breeding business in the same premise. They have several dogs, around 7-8. The air stinks with the odor of dog excreta in & around the compound and outside the compound. The dogs bark throughout the day & night making it difficult for guests to catch a sleep.

Far better guest houses in Bolpur, Santiniketan....
