However, my recent experience was disappointing and unacceptable.I ordered a cake, for which the staff initially quoted ₹350. But when I went for billing, they charged me ₹370. I tried to explain this to the owner, but instead of listening and resolving the issue, he refused to acknowledge the mistake. It wasn’t just a staff error but a display of poor customer service from the owner's side, who seemed indifferent to my concern.

As someone who has supported this bakery for so long, this was a very disheartening experience. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, and I can no longer recommend them.
