Castle Grill — Restaurant in Chandigarh

Guys, We have been having food at this Outlet from few years now as i have been Living with friends in Sector 37 with friends & to be honest the food has been allright overall till now but this is not regarding food quality etc, This Friday we saw the behaviour of the owner with a guy who came with some Voucher etc of Castle Grill (Looked like he had won it in some promotional Contest etc) but the owner demanded some date etc on the voucher to which he said that it is a stamped voucher of castle grill been given by some fm radio channel etc & he told the owner that i have come for the first time & also from far distant place and would be very difficult to go again to some fm station etc and get the date written etc so requested to redeem the voucher to the owner multiple times but the owner was so arrogant & not at all interested to serve anything, looked liked the owner had already made up his mind to not serve the customer even before the customer arrived & also seemed to be a very arrogant person to me, It was not money that mattered here, owner did not had any courtesy at all even after the guy requested him that he was coming from a far place, The guy's time and mood was really messed up by the owner that while the guy was leaving he came back and handed over the voucher to the owner & told him not to run any promotions etc if he can't fulfill same to customers and make excuses like date not stamped etc, I agree with same, Why wasting time of customers to let them win your vouchers and then denying to honour the same when they come to your outlet, Nobody has that much time Mr Owner, Atleast have some courtesy- i would say to the owner, After this i have decided not to visit this outlet again. No hard feelings but i and my friends discussed afterwards & don't feel like going again to this place where the owner does not has this much courtesy and his ego was above the customer, There are other options in the market , This can happen to anyone. Seriously feel agreed with that guy that if you are running promotions then it is your duty to fulfill same to winners/customers and the outlet owner could have been flexible with serving customer rather than finding excuses not to fulfill the promotion. me and my 2 friends actually decided to post this review for the guy who seemed genuine to us and the owner looked like an arrogant one who should learn how to deal with small issues/conflicts with customers rather than showing...

We had a rough day, but having this coffee in the evening completely uplifted our mood. It was strong and a perfect blend of coffee, milk and sugar . It is like a therapy to your soul on a bad day . Ambience-Castle Grill has 2 outlets across the Tricity. Sector 37 outlet is more like a takeaway outlet and is located in small booths . Their only drawback is that at times they take a lot of time to prepare and also deliver food stuff .

I am definitely a regular there. My whole family love their burgers especially paneer jumbo king and chicken jumbo king burgers. Apart from that their Cheesy fries and fries are worth trying. Recently, I also tried their hot chocolate which was too good. And now I always crave that. This is a kind of place where I won’t hesitate even for once to try out new things because of past amazing experience. Even if I am not able to go I order online. So would highly recommend going there. The price is pocked friendly and quantity is adequate. The only issue is sitting. Since it is in booth so they don’t have much sitting space.
