Fun Feast — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I tired this place in the 2017 Grub fest and I fell in love with their blue Curaçao, I had that both the days, it had a unique flavour, after a week or 2 I got to know this place is in Chandigarh, sector 37. The sitting arrangements are really good. The service is quick and the food is good plus it is right next to the place which I love when it comes to Cheese patty. But the thing which made Me smile was the drink which We Paid over 600 for was actually of 40₹ at their outlet ? What I had : ..I have tried their Cheese corn patty, They don’t hesitate in serving a good dish, The pasty was filled with cheese and corn and this is the first place I’ve been to which serve ..Chicken Patty Filled with Cheese,thin Onion slices and diced chicken this was one of a kind patty But the chicken didn’t taste good, After asking the owner said they cook their chicken fresh but The one in My patty wasn’t fresh. -3 for service Not serving good food and then refusing to accept the fault and don’t tell Me what do you expect in 60₹, Either don’t serve or if you do make sure it’s worth the money. They also give the option to make a meal of your choice for which you pay 50₹ extra to add a small coke and 10 pieces of fries. ..Blue Curaçao and Mint Mojito: this is one of the places in chandigarh which serves Mojitos at such cheap rates. the Curaçao isn’t the same as it was the first day I tried but it’s still good, Same is with the Mint Mojito .

Serving good food doesn’t give you the authority to be rude with your customer. My friend placed the wrong order, so I called the cafe first to ask them to change the order. the person on the other end said No, so I had to cancel the order. After That I got a call from some other number which was apparently someone from the Fun Fest saying, Your order was ready, You shouldn’t have cancelled the order, You have the option but you shouldn’t do it , This and that. He didn’t even listen to Me and Hung up the phone.

They serve good quality food which is also pocket friendly, But I would not recommend this place to anyone, Just because of That Guy’s attitude. The lady at the counter is Always sweet and do listen to her Customers. ( I’ve got the same feedback from 3 different people as Well) . Well their food their food is fresh and tasty but their services are little bit time consuming and food packaging is also good but their process of taking order is quite complicated and leads to miscommunication in orders.And their prices are little bit high according to their services and place. But you can try their food i tried their smoky panner patty and veg crunchy burger it's was good and tasty .

Well the owner replied on this review, " we prepare fresh food that's why it's take time" but I'm not satisfied with their or may they didn't understand my concern. Well I was talking about the way they are taking orders from the customers, they delivered me wrong order or items and I ordered the sandwich he gave me grilled patty instead of that my original order. I think he didn't listen properly what I had ordered. Talking about the time yes it's takes nearly 30 -35 minutes which is too much, but still you're not able to prepare the right order so what's the reason of freshness, but in my order I doesn't find anything thats need prepared fresh most of things are ready made and rather...

I ordered their best seller pasta ie - mixed sauce cheese pasta. It was overly priced for its worth. The taste was below average and soon after I found a piece of hair in it. I reported to them and they took 10 mins to redo the order, in the second batch as well, it had a hair. Apart from the hair, the food made me feel wierd in the stomach as I walked back home and it caused me nausea and eventually vomiting. And, Ive ordered a pizza before this experience, IT WAS SO BAD, they put almost zero effort in it and it was just sour pizza sauce on pre made base. I do not recommend this...
