Located at the start of the bustling Sector 26 market, this multicultural brewery and bar offers a wide variety of draught beers and a lively atmosphere, enhanced by their in-house live band. The 1+1 offer on draught beer, available every day from 11 AM to 9 PM, was the main reason we decided to visit — craving conversation over jugs of beer.
As you step inside, you're greeted with a mix of modern and vintage decor. To your right, there's a bar area, and straight ahead, a gate leads to the backyard where the live band performs. Most people flock to the backyard for the live music and vibrant atmosphere, so we headed there as well. The layout features large sofas on the left for bigger groups and tables on the right for smaller gatherings. We chose a table and requested beer testers. Though five beers were listed, only three were available, which was a bit disappointing. We tasted all three and settled on the farmhouse ale, which had a pleasant, slightly sweet flavor.
As we got comfortable with our beers and conversation, we started with their fries. Unfortunately, they took quite a while to arrive and had a noticeable corn flour coating that added a slight taste, but not necessarily in a good way. Next, we tried the Cheese Chilly dry, which was a redemption — crispy paneer tossed in Chinese sauces with bell peppers and onions, hitting the right level of spice and pairing well with the beer. The live band kicked off their set, adding to the atmosphere, and we ordered the exotic farmhouse pizza. From the first glance, it looked appealing — thin crust, generous mozzarella, and a mix of exotic vegetables. It was surprisingly large, and we each had three slices. The pizza was light and tasty, a great choice to complement the drinks. Service was decent, though not exceptional. While the staff was attentive, they seemed to disappear for stretches of time. But with the 1+1 beer deal, we were happy with the overall bill and left satisfied with our visit. All in all, the lively band, good beer, and casual vibe make this spot worth...
Read morefor people visiting during Happy Hours points to note from my visit on 28.10.2022 around 6pm if you're ordering in bulk to save money, the waiter will push you to bring all the drinks at once and pay the money before the shift changes. if you're the only table occupied- during the happy hours, then the ambiance is absolutely dead (music is literally on pause) Manager on shift is a tough non-cooperative guy (shaved head)
sharing my story
we arrived just before 6pm and ordered multiple drinks to avail the 1+1 offer (which is great), however little to my knowledge the waiter started to rush all the drinks at once which included multiple Tequila shot, Beer and additional Whiskey shots which I ordered to avail the 1+1 offer. just after 1st Tequila shot and half way through beer the waiter brought the whiskey rounds and the next beer without asking and placed them on the table. after checking with the manager on duty whose reply was that once we punch it on the system we bring all the drinks at once irrespective of the quantity which put us in bad mood and we wanted to cancel all the pending drinks and pay for the drinks we happily drank, but the manager's reply was jo order keeya hai woh paisa dena he padega irrespective of the fact that we asked them to bring the order one by one and not at once (completely non-cooperative) The staff on duty started to push us to pay the bill even before we were done drinking and eating which is a bit odd for such a place luckily we were in a good mood and not up for an extended argument. shift changed so did the manager on duty and staff which to my surprise where lovely people and the level of service was up by 10X compared to leaving staff and manager on duty.
if you're arriving during happy hours please make sure you're not the only...
Read moreMy experience:- One of the pathetic club in chandigarh with full of boys crowd and leftover crowd of surrounding clubs.
Hospitality is really pathetic. You have to wait 30 min for your drink to deliver at your table which is readily available at bar so just imagine how much time your food will take which needs to cook.
If you are going with your partner its better to go or atleast check for other clubs in the same sector 26 line coz here if you go with your partner everyone is watching you like you did some serious crime because they have leftovers and only boy crowd. Seen three times fight in front of me and nobody was even bothering.
Laughter is they dont allow your Ciggerate packet inside just to sale the same at rs 500 inside. I mean seriously which club does this cheap tactic for sale when they are earning so much on liquor ???? Even after paying you have limited options of Ciggerates from which you have to pick. Also can check in other reviews that their liquor is adulterated which even i felt but marta kya na karta.
Suggestions is that thr are far far numerous and better club like Fellas, Kala Ghoda, Prankster, MOBE, Brew Estate and endless in the same line where you can enjoy with your partner but never go with your partner in this club coz you will end up fighting with everyone inside and no one from club will help you out not even thr bouncers.
This is basically Tavern not a club where only boys can be seen and can drink paying much costlier amount of...
