We travelled for 12 straight hours to eat the famous BBQ chicken on recommendations from people but the actual story goes in a spherical way around. You will have BBQ chicken which is not at all BBQed its just boiled and steamed chicken with some kind of layer on it which tastes more rediculous than the actual taste of chicken. Whenever I go to Chandigarh and if I take a stoppage for food so I always go there and specially having Tawa or Rara chicken there with Butter Naan. Tawa chicken is simply awesome with thick gravy with a mix taste of spicy and salty with good ingredients in it and chicken is too soft and melting in mouth. Butter naan is specially rolled up in butter and unique style of serving it.. Best part is you can have quarter tawa/butter/rara chicken if you want to take less quantity. Now this 5 star rating is a combination of service, hospitality and most importantly the food. And oh the fooood!!! Specially the butter chicken!!! I was literally blown away. Not many places in chandigarh can offer that flavour. They have good enough seating arrangements as well and they have managed very well in order to ensure that the food quality remains good.
