I am totally disappointed with my visit to Nagpal Veg Food today. The experience was nowhere near as good as my last time here. The rice served to us was cold, and when we requested hot rice, the server casually said that they only provide what is currently available and nothing else. This kind of response felt very unprofessional and careless towards customers.
The paneer dish was another big letdown – the paneer did not feel fresh or original and had no real taste. In fact, it seemed like it was mixed or not even made with proper milk, as it lacked the authentic paneer texture and flavor. For a restaurant that is known for vegetarian food, this was really unexpected and disappointing.
Staff behavior has also not been up to the mark. On my previous visit, we had requested coffee without sugar, yet they served it with sugar and later said that we had not mentioned it. This time, the same carelessness was visible – we ordered lime soda, but it took almost 20–25 minutes to arrive, and even then the staff didn’t take the order properly in one go.
Although they have recently increased their seating capacity and the place looks bigger than before, it seems they have compromised on quality and taste, which should always be the priority. Expansion is meaningless if the food doesn’t live up to the standard.
Overall, the meal was not worth the money or the time. The food quality has gone down, the service was not cooperative, and the taste was very poor. My earlier visits were much better, but this time I left completely unsatisfied. Sadly, I will avoid coming here in the future as it is not...

Verdict: Average!
Reasons: Too noisy. Staff makes more noise than customers. Remember, the ambience matters. Food eaten under stressful conditions disturbs metabolism and has more negative effects than positive. This is their biggest drawback.
One gravy fits all, especially for food without onion garlic. We ordered 3 dishes and each was cooked in the same gravy. How would you know that Malai Kofta mentioned under without onion garlic category is served in red tangy gravy instead of white if the server does not explain that to you? Well. I hope that the server was to blame here rather than the owner.
The only thing that saves your day is the smile and courtesy of one of the owners ( I forgot to ask his name). He listens and responds. On the very first visit, he asked for blessings and on the second day of debacle, he apologised.
This is my sincere review, For the owner, I wish them well and hope that they improvise. For the true food...

Service needs to improve.. Common pickles and chutney between tables.. No uniform for waiters.. Waiters doing double job of serving, taking orders, picking up plates
Atmosphere. No comment..I don't understand why the owner doesn't complete the interior.. Bad table quality.. Uncomfortable seats.. It looks like a godown.. Not a restaurant.. Perhaps, it's the long old restaurant.. That's why people are coming and eating..
Online orders. Excellent.. Perhaps only one of few restaurants which do not charge extra on Zomato and Swiggy..
Roti and naan price need to go down from 14 rs and 32 rs..to roti 8-10rs and nan to 15-20rs...
Quantity of vegetables is good. Plate cleaning need to improve
Average per person cost would be around 150-200.. Which is good.
The owner should add an additional showroom to add sitting space and more tables.. The restaurant is small compared to the demand..
Parking is...
