Aquamarine (Aroma Premium) Boutique Hotel — Hotel in Chandigarh

Respected Aquamarine management & staff, Thank you for hosting us. we were deeply touched by your warmth and hospitality during our visit. We've stayed dozen of 3 & 4 star hotels in Chandigarh, but Hotel Aquamarine was on the top of the list. Phenomenal property and very convenient to visit other leisure activities/places in surrounding as this hotel is situated in the centre heart of Chandigarh. Moreover, when it comes upon the management team of the hotel so i would like to thank Mr. Vishal and Krishna Kapoor for their professional gestures. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Furthermore, the room service is fast and serve the high quality food. We got our dinner ready within 30 mins near about 12am in the mid night. Also, the room gives the business executive outlook with great low lightening theme, spacious, sanitized, cleaned and fresh aroma of flowers fragrance. The room service staff we forget his name, that uncle also deserve the appreciation as he go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Last but not least, the entire management and staff of hotel Aquamarine strictly follow the COVID protocols and everyone is well equipped with PPE mask.

Therefore, we would love to pay visit again whenever we will be in Chandigarh.

During our recent visit to Aquamarine Boutique Hotel for my cousin's engagement, the overall experience left a positive impression on my family, friends, and relatives. The staff exhibited good behavior throughout, and the arrangements were both impressive and well-executed. From the delicious dinner to the tasty snacks, the culinary experience was noteworthy. The service provided by the staff was commendable, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable event.

Despite the overall satisfaction, a couple of aspects led me to assign a 4-star rating. Firstly, the DJ system ceased playing music at 10 PM, which felt premature and slightly dampened the evening's atmosphere. Additionally, there was an unfortunate encounter with an unnamed staff member who spoke rudely to both myself and my friends. This interaction was unexpected and somewhat marred an otherwise pleasant experience.

Despite these issues, it's essential to highlight the positive aspects of the engagement at Aquamarine. The overall ambiance, coupled with the delicious food and attentive service, contributed to a memorable celebration. One of the best trips I had till now. Not only because of Chandigarh but because of Hotel Aquamarine located in the heart of the city. The hotel was mind blowing! Located in the heart of the beautiful city, it caters to all your needs as it is located near a market, restaurants and much more so that you don't have to roam around in search of anything. Now talking about the interiors of the hotel, I loved it's ambience. Woken up by the aroma of coffee bean and Starbucks, the hotel serves THE BEST FOOD! Be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms are so clean and hygenic that you can't complain about anything. The staff was super friendly and super sweet. P. S. It did not cost us more than 10,000 bucks for 2 nights. So that is why it brings me here to write a review of my personal experience about the hotel. I just loved every bit of my trip and thanks to Aquamarine for making my trip a memorable one.
