Monica’s Puddings & Pies — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I ordered a cake from Monica’s through Zomato for a special occasion, and the experience was utterly disappointing. The cake that was delivered was not only stale but also had a sour taste, indicating that it was far from fresh and possibly even spoiled. This is completely unacceptable, especially when ordering from a platform like Zomato, which I trust for quality food and reliable service.

Upon contacting Monica’s directly, I was told that they couldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. This lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. As a loyal Zomato customer, I expected much better. Zomato should ensure that the restaurants they partner with maintain high standards of food quality...

I went to Monicas petite and sweet..... Their ac wasn't working. The staff was joking around loudly. They didn't switch on the ac. Kept it very warm inside. One staff member was scratching his head and back and then, you won't believe it, he made my sandwich with the same hands. I told them I won't eat it then they wore gloves and made another sandwich. Worst experience. After my repeated requests for ac, finally staff boosted it on. Otherwise they were only acting like they have boosted the ac. Useless place. I loved the food. But hated the experience. A fly kept...

Worse experience!!!!!! I went to buy cheese brownie and it came out taste to bad as cheese is bad and then i went back to complain and change it and the man on counter try to justify the food by saying that is how cheese brownie taste like and giving attitude and just returned it after warming it up. But the cheese taste rotten and then finally changed for fruit pudding and don't give difference of money back as fruit pudding was cheaper then the cheese brownie.

It was the first and last time trying Monica Puddings.
