I had purchased birthday cake worth Rs 350 yesterday.from Polka sec34.chd.for celebration of my wife's birthday alongwith limited guests. I had asked the owner/shopkeeper whether it is fresh. He confirmed and assured. During the cake cutting..when I take a piece of the cake.. cake was stale and emanating bad smell also. I and the guests too felt at the moment we tasted.I was very embarrassed when one of the guests pointed out the defects. The celebration was spoiled. I feel cheated as the shopkeeper/owner claimed false..his intention is only to make money and not promoting reliance among customers..I ll never visit the outlet in future and also suggest many people to do so. Review readers ..please take this issue seriously and I strongly not recommend you all to visit...

I ordered a pastry from Polka – worst experience today. It tasted bad and sour. The owner was very rude and refused to refund the money, and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Extremely bad manners and a tasteless pastry were delivered. The quality has dropped significantly. I strongly recommend not coming here, especially when you're paying a premium expecting quality.
