Third Wave Coffee — Restaurant in Chandigarh

It was one of those days when I wasn't feeling good. So as one usually does, I emotionally blackmailed my friends to go out and have coffee with me. Although we wanted to try something new, we ended up at Third wave. This is not the first time that I was going here.I have been here before But this was the first time that I tried Pistachio coffee which is their Christmas special. Honestly, it's not something I would ever have again because it didn't suit my taste palate. Having said that my friend who has a very unique palate and doesn't like chocolate, really loved this coffee thingy. So I would suggest that you try this drink if you have strong love for pistachio.We also ordered orange zest mocha and although the taste of zest was missing, we still liked it. Now, coming to the food part, weird palate friend ordered Cream cheese Bagel with cucumber slices which is basically cucumber with fancy bread. She liked it. I didn't. The best thing that we ordered was a Mexican paneer sandwich. It was delicious and spicy and suitable for my Indian taste buds. We also ordered cinnamon rolls with cream cheese and Dry Hazelnut Truffle . The cinnamon roll was liked by my friends and I enjoyed the truffle . The tables were really small. So if you order a lot of food please bring a friend who can hold your plates while you click pictures to post for the review. Also the staff was nice and they added coffee to a drink which my friend felt wasn't strong enough. Note- they don't have any games unlike sec 7's Third wave. Yes, go for it. This is less of a review but an anecdote, I'd like to share. My friend and I were looking for a place to unwind today after a long day of work. We had two things on our mind, one was to get some good coffee. The other was to sit comfortably. Both of us had been wary of the buzz Third Wave Coffee has created in the city, and it felt like a good time to try it. After getting a hefty discount through their app, we sat and waited for our food. All this while getting absolutely lost in our conversations. The two of us never got time to sit together and have a real conversation with each other. And in the time since we sat down and had only begun talking about the day we had, the food was right in front of us. It would be an understatement to say that it looked appetizing, for the hunger had heightened our appeal towards the condiments being served to us. Never in my life could I have imagined getting glued into the moment while sharing a table with someone. We talked about friends, relationships, life, feelings and emotions. There were ups and downs while we chatted; we laughed, we cried, and held each other in comfort. Yesterday, on Sunday 19/6/2022 I make a visit here my friends just because of we want to do a meeting regarding our work so we saw this and decided visit here and do a our meeting here. Not doubt this place is well good and designed. Ambiance was pretty and staff was very polite and friendly. Service was really quick, but when it’s come on food they didn’t have some item which we like to order. Moreover, I shared some pictures of our food and beverage which we ordered I just wanna say only hot coffee was THE BEST rest of food items and beverages are tasteless. If someone ask me about this place I will never ever tell them to make a visit here. It’s better to visit Cafe Coffee Day and Starbucks I know they are costly, but what ever amount one will spend on it you will love it. Lastly, this was my first and last visit over here and everyone have there own choices and taste, but this place doesn’t satisfied our tastebuds.
