I had the worst experience ever in this brach of dominos. I ordered a pizza in IRCTC app I forgot to add extra toppings so I wanted to cancel and reorder it. There was no option to cancel it no even in the original dominos app nor in the IRCTC app. So I visited the store just to cancel and reorder this but I wanted to do this in dominos app as it had discounts. Staff there suggested no to cancel and just add the extra toppings to meet the price of the app and I was okay with it and I even suggested to takeaway and not delivery to train. But when I went to take it the whole scene reversed. They were not willing to give it. We even agreed to pay the actual price as we were running late for train. Their attitude wasn’t as we expected and they canceled the order. I have had dominos so many times but this was the worst. There is a feature in IRCTC food app that they call you and confirm your order before making or delivering this didn’t happen...

I went to this outlet hoping to place an order directly, only to be told that they don’t take orders at the counter and that I must order through the app. While I understand the shift towards digital convenience, it would be helpful if this was clearly communicated beforehand—especially for customers who may not be tech-savvy or prefer traditional service.
To make matters worse, even after placing the order through the app, the delivery was significantly delayed. The estimated time kept changing, and the food arrived lukewarm. I appreciate that delays can happen, but timely updates or at least an apology from the staff would have gone a long way in maintaining customer trust.
I hope Domino’s considers improving both their customer communication and delivery reliability in the future. I still like the food, but the overall service experience...
Read moreWorst experience Staff misbehaved and was too rude I visited on 3/03/2023 at 19.30 approx after 2-5 minutes I asked "is there any one to take orders" then one of the staff named Amit Sharma came and said "yaha sirf online order hota hai" but no where it was mentioned at the outlet and secondly he said "yaha zero contact hi hota" Personally I respect and agree with this terms not how will we know about it. When I asked "kahin mention hai outlet" then he misbehaved and said "jab puchoge toh bataunge or ab pata chal gya na online order karna hai toh karo" So is this the way Domino's treat there Customer ? Or just because this outlet is situated at railway station so you guys treat this but whatsoever the reason will be I really disappointed...
