1/5 stars - A Disappointing Experience at Noorjahan

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Noorjahan. The service was abysmal, with our server seemingly disinterested in attending to our needs.

The food was even worse. The Chicken Malai Tikka was awful, with uncooked meat that was both unsafe and unpleasant to eat. The Biryani was nothing more than oily pulao, lacking any discernible masala or flavor. To make matters worse, the chicken pieces appeared deformed, as if they had been affected by some disease.

The Raita was watery and lacking in substance, while the gravy was essentially spiced water with no depth of flavor.

Overall, my experience at Noorjahan was a disaster. With such poor service and subpar food, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless they seriously revamp their kitchen and service, I'd advise others to steer clear.

Worst part: Uncooked meat, oily and flavorless biryani, and terrible service.

Restaurant is good but it need to be upgrade with time. Food quality and service is good. Restaurant need infrastructure upgradation and the staff need to be well mannered have good speaking skill handle customer softly and gently and staff worker need new dresses According too time. A woman which helping in collecting a food after leaving a customer they also need proper dress. It's my opinion to you it's up to you to take it or not..keep smiling and healthyBiryani varieties.. Non veg.. Good taste.. Fresh.. Sitting area has Conjusted sometimes feels too crowded.. Hygenic or not? I don't know insides.. Outside they don't follow covid 19 protocol..The hotel is best among the others. but here common trend is they use more cooking oil and the food is not that much spicy for you if are not local. But local people prefer this hotel.Overall service experience is good here two hotel one for parcel and other where you can...
